Meditation is an ancient art, and over time it has taken on many meanings.  Pull all those definitions into one bundle and you will find the common thread: focus.

In the Conscious Living Meditation classes my focus is on showing you tools to enhance your day-to-day life.  We all have our experiences, lessons, interactions, conflicts, and so on.. wouldn’t it be nice to have a process to clear away the confusion and find clarity?

We are growing, living beings, spirit in the body, and our path is pre-determined by that higher consciousness.  Our worldly ways tend to draw our attention away from the creative self into the reactive self.  Wouldn’t you say we’ve had enough practice in that course of action?

The initial class series is six weeks, with monthly meditation reviews and guidance offered once a month for those who seek support and community.  All classes are offered via a conference call line.  These classes will be recorded and will be available to download for review.   Please note that the power in the class is through attendance, but you can still gain benefit by listening to the class outside of the class space.  The powerful techniques taught via conference call phone are just as easy to learn as it is in the classroom.
